BLUE ROOM is a private bedroom with 2 single size beds, hardwood floor, nightstand with decorative lamp, walk-in closet with hangers, working/dressing desk, hair dryer, WiFi, 50" 4K TV with Netflix, Roku and Pluto TV, and alarm clock.
Blankets, pillows, towels, and sheets are provided.
The central AC/Heating thermostat is set to 70-74 degrees.
PRIVATE BATHROOM - bathtub with shower, toilet and sink.
SHARED KITCHEN - Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, dishes and utensils.
PARKING - 1 assigned parking space in the garage.
LAUNDRY AREA - coin laundry is only a few steps away down the hall. We provide an iron, and ironing board.
