Our furnished rooms are designed for professionals and quiet vacationers. We strive to provide a decent level of service, and we expect our guests to respect each other and our property.
If you are planning to organize a business meeting, like loud music or excessive alcohol consumption, then our service is not for you and you should not use our website.
Some spaces, such as kitchens, are used by all guests, so use them with consideration to others.
Our basic house rules are very simple:
No smoking * No pets * No parties or events * Quiet hours 10 pm-8am * No food in bedroom * No cooking foods with strong odors * Clean up after yourself (more details in the Terms Of Use).
